"Ive been calling since December of last year and it's always hard to reach someone. I decided to go to place myself. The staff seemed friendly and at the time the place had to shut down due to a child having covid. I was told they would call me back. Nothing. A few months ago I tried calling again and the person I spoke to said she would call me the following day. Nothing. So I called and they had my name and number but never reached out. I really wanted to give this daycare a chance because it's close to my house and work which would be very convenient but at this point I'm wondering if they are purposely not answering my calls or is this norm. When I do finally speak to someone there are so many excuses. God forbid if my child is there and I need to contact them and there's no answer."

"Loved it. My daughter had great teachers and the director is very friendly and personable. My kid is now in Kinder and I am taking her on Spring break to this day care while she is on school vacations. :) I trust them!."

"If I could give this school zero stars I would! This was the worst experience I have ever had as a mother. The first day I walked into this school to check it out the director seemed very nice. I expressed to her how my son has never been in school and that he does not know how to play well with other kids yet. He was at home with daddy for 2 years and the whole idea of school was brand new to him. The director assured me that they would redirect him and that without a doubt he would adjust and learn. Later that day I called to check up on him and they let me know he was being a little rough with the kids but that they had redirected his behavior and that other then that he was doing great. Then toward the end of the day about 8 1/2 hours into the day; I dropped him off at 8 a.m. and picked him up at around 4:50 p.m. I was so excited to get him and see how his first day in school went. The ONLY thing the director said was he had just bitten a kid. Not even "Hi how are you". I said oh no I'm so sorry why did that happen. She said "she didn't know and she couldn't believe it". You can imagine I was frustrated, embarrassed and had a million questions. So I asked her what should I do? She said " I don't know what to tell you" "In 13 years or 15 years that she had been running a school, she had never seen a kid bite on his first day of school". I said so what should I do? She responded " Well, I guess we can try again tomorrow". I went home HYSTERICAL! Crying my eyes out and his grandparents were so frustrated and disappointed too! I met with his pediatrician thinking something was wrong with my son after what the director had said and that's when he informed me that this school was definitely not the school for my son. That biting at that age is more then normal. He gave me a handout on why children at that age do it. At the age of 2 biting is a faster reaction then thinking about what they are going to do. They need to learn to use their words and express themselves and that's what the school should be teaching. All the director cared about was what was the other parent of the kid who was bitten going to think of her school because he was also new. She did not care at ALL about my son's well being or how I as a mother of the child who bit someone else, felt. I was so perturbed I didn't even take home his lunch box. They didn't let me know if he had eaten, slept or enjoyed the day even a little...all I knew was he bit someone. I would NEVER want anyone to EVER have to experience what I did here. After this nightmare I went searching and searching and I FINALLY found the BEST school for my son. He is loved, being redirected, they potty trained him in a matter of 2 weeks, have so many activities like soccer, church, story nights, picnics and family gatherings and I receive progress notes every day on exactly how my son's day at school went. The new school also redirects any negative behavior and gives parents steps on how to redirect it as well. I am so grateful for finding our new school. We couldn't be happier. After this nightmare of a school I was afraid to enroll my son in another school but we finally found the best one around. They say you get what you pay for and I do believe it is somewhat true....this school was EXTREAMLY cheap and I pay a little more at the new school about 45 dollars more but I would pay 10000 dollars more to know that my son is safe and loved. DO NOT TAKE THE RISK and put your child in this school. They do not have the education to teach these innocent children how to be redirected. They expect the kids to just know how to behave there and adapt. NOT REALISTIC. Hope this helps!!!"

"I LOVE this school. My Daughter went there when she was young and ended up ahead of her kinder class. Now my son attends years later and i couldn't be happier. The teachers love what they do and it shows. It feels like less of a "daycare" and more of a family setting. there is a 5 year gap from when my daughter attended and they still remembered me when i walked through the door. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"
