"We ordered online and didn't realize that it was for pickup at the counter. The person at the drive thru was rude and hateful. She could have explained the difference in the codes."

"I never leave reviews but this place is ridiculous. The employees are running around swearing loudly and acting very unprofessional. We ordered 3 breakfast sandwich meals, and the only thing they got right was one of the drinks. We were sent to the 3rd window of shame after they gave us our wrong drinks and waited while 7 cars behind us got their food. Then they give us our food... but they give us 3 sausage mcgriddles, no hashbrowns. Fun fact.. we didn't order any sausage mcgriddles. And why would those take 10 minutes? We roll back and ask for our hash browns just to get attitude from the manager on duty. Overall, worst experience at a McDonald's. I paid $35 for only one drink to be correct. Avoid this one."

"Ordered ahead. Parked waited 15 minutes no food. Went inside and waited another 10 minutes before receiving my order. 25 minutes for "fast food" that was ordered online."
