"We were seated and for a while, observed wait staff busy assisting other customers. Eventually we were approached by “AMY” who asked us if we had been taken care of. We had not, and we ordered drinks and our breakfast at the same time. Something we were happy about after waiting 25 minutes to get seated. She returned quickly with our drinks, adding that our order was in and the wait would not be long. She was attentive, efficient and friendly. Then we never saw her again. Yet another waitress closed out our bill. Thanks Amy for your service."

"Wow! I am a frequent diner at First Watch locations from Maryland to Florida. This location is the absolute best!!! The personalities of EVERYONE were awesome from the handsome men who held the doors open upon our arrival to both our servers to the cashier. Their sunshiny attitudes were just what I was hoping for to accompany our lovely brunch. My personal experience has been that you can always count on great food at First Watch but when it is accompanied by staff who obviously love what they are doing and appreciate good customers - well it doesn’t get any better than that! Kudos to the staff and management. I will definitely stop by whenever I’m in Sarasota."
