"Beautiful ambiance with soft lighting- they offer mocktails here as well. Had the best sushi I have had in a long time here- anyone who can make a cucumber roll flavorful deserves 5 stars! Service was excellent, swift and accurate. Will definitely be back."

"My family and I really enjoyed our experience at Kanji. We were greeted immediately upon entrance and sat right away. The server came quickly and we were served drinks and food right away. The food was exceptional and everything tasted amazing. I really recommend the wagyu roll and the pork belly buns. The atmosphere was also amazing. The decor and interior design made the experience even better. I would 100% recommend giving this place a try. We will definitely be back again to try what else their menu has to offer."

"Easily top 3 ramen, definitely tops in Brandon. Higher quality ingredients, broth isn't as salty, but that's my particular taste. Appetizers were very well done, and table service was a good balance of attentive but not overly so: no one got to the bottom of their drinks. Food came out in good time, all around good place, I want to see how it does as it settles in its groove. At the time of this writing, the place has been open for a month, but it's ran smoothly enough I was surprised to have heard this. They are known for crazy good sushi, and we will have to verify the next time I go."
