"This place smelt spoiled when you walk in. I’m happy Melissa the manager had terrible customer service because I probably would have gotten sick which could have been deadly for my personal situation. I requested a refund after they do not offer “more” toppings & the toppings did not look fresh. Save yourself from this place, eat elsewhere, you’re going to regret eating here. I would have went to Publix but I don’t like their steak sandwiches."

"My wife and I had seen the ads on TV for the churros and pretzels. We went in the store and there were two people in line. There was an elderly lady working and she was the only person working. She had no business doing that job as it requires someone who can move quickly. I can't imagine what it must have been like during the lunch rush. After standing in line for a half hour we tell her we want two churros and two pretzels. They were stored in containers and she was unable to remove the lids. After she struggled for a while I offered to help her and she let me. After waiting all that time we took one bite of the churro and spit it out. It was disgusting and tasted like a mix of plastic and cardboard. We threw them in the trash can and took our pretzels home. I rewarmed them and they were pretty much just a tube of off tasting bread. No salt. Best part was the honey mustard sauce. Basically, we paid $10.75 for garbage and a waste of time. I would definitely advise you to avoid this place unless you like to waste time and pay for garbage."

"Walked in today around 6 pm and had an awkward experience with the kid who made our subs tonight. After asking me what kind of cheese I wanted on my sub, he put cheese on my partners sub and put both of our subs in the oven… mine without cheese. My chicken was also ice cold and they were out of almost all of the toppings despite it being completely empty in the store when we walked in… soo. Most like I won’t visit this store again :)"

"There is an older lady that works the morning shift that does not need to be working. Not trying to be funny or sound rude but every time I come in here it takes her 45 minutes to make a sandwich. I’m coming in here on my lunch break so when I choose fast food that’s what I expect. She seems to be a sweet lady but there is no way she should be working in the fast food industry. Shame on Subway. She walks as if she is in so much pain. Subway needs to hire young kids with energy that can get the job done. I just typed all of this and she hasn’t even started on my sandwich. Guess I will be. Late to work thanks subway"

"I called the manager on 10/05/23 around 11:30am. I shared some concerns on a visit that I went the day prior around 8:15pm on some sub sandwiches but he deliberately did not want to acknowledge my concern defending the sub preparer that night. I also mentioned that it was very hot inside the store as it seemed the A/C was out which we couldn't eat in. The manager told me that it looks like I was just calling to just complain and that he was going to take my concerns and place them in the trash..I called again to deliberately take his name and he told me not to call this number again. I didn't not expect this type of service from this Subway and as a customer I would not go there again and I would not recommend this specific Subway again to no one. This is the Subway in the Tampa palms area at 16047 Tampa Palms Blvd W Space #59, Tampa, FL 33647."
