"I placed a very large order of pizzas a day ahead. When it was time for the credit card, her first question was how much tip do you want to give. That is a little strange. When I picked up my order, there was a mistake. They added gratuity. I said I drove to pick up the order and I did not budget another $60 for this. The owner, said I pushed the wrong button. I told him I pushed the red button that was for no tip. It seemed like it was a big hassle to take that extra charge off. The owner was down right rude to me and said I was argumentative. He never thanked me for the order. He lost any future business from me and the community I work in. Piesanos and Michelangelo’s will continue to get our business."

"Dined in w my wife. First time eating here but came highly recommended by local and Jersey transplants - left feeling satisfied & stuffed! Arugula salad (4 outta 5) was quite good- fresh shaved parm cheese , tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette was just ok but wife loved it. Penne spicy vodka sauce w chicken add (4 outta 5) on was really good. Spice level could have been more but everything tasted home made. Sauce was creamy & consistency was prefect. Expected more protein (chicken) for the size of plate & add on price. 16” Margarita pizza was just wow (5 outta 5)! Perfect combo of sauce, cheese, basil, oil- I asked for well done - the crunch is the same as back in Jersey. Staff was very friendly & attentive. Young Girl at the counter had a smile for all the customers. They were busy- we went dinner time. Place was clean but bathroom had a funky dirty water moped smell. Tables are simple rustic look. Nothing fancy. Mostly kids running the front with a couple of adults making the food in the back. They delivery up to 8 miles from restaurant. Didn’t get a chance to try dessert we were stuffed. Next time! We will def go back & try other entrees & pizzas."

"Made an order to go for a sausage parm sub. Got home thinking I was going to have my dinner. I opened the container and saw a partially filled roll and a small amount of sausage, tiny amount of cheese and hardy no sauce. Called and asked what happened to my meal and just got an attitude from a young girl, that told me I had to bring the food back if I want a refund. After going to the counter the owner comes over and said there’s nothing wrong with it. I pointed out the poorly made sub with the lack of meat, cheese and sauce. Again receiving an attitude instead of offering to redo the sandwich. This Rico location has very young and inexperienced kids. All the food quality has gone way down hill. But their condescending attitude is over the top. Save your money plenty of way better choices than this daycare pizzeria. They lost another customer."
