"Came in around dinner time on a Sunday, the line was about 20 minutes but it was worth the wait. They were out of the Turkey legs so I got the Smothered Chicken with Yellow rice and they put a nice amount of gravy on the rice but only gave a small amount of Mac n cheese. The yams could have been alittle more sweet but they were ok. Seating was available and the worker came over and gave me some napkins which I thought was really nice of her. I recommend that you get there early because they run out of strawberry cake as well."
"My brother and I had Blue flame as an early dinner yesterday. He had fried basa (fried when ordered), I had a smothered turkey wing and we both had yellow rice, Mac and cheese and Lima beans. Everything tasted amazing! However, the food (except the fish) was room temperature at best. We ate a little bit at the restaurant but decided to finish at home so we could heat the food up. Cornbread muffin was dry."

"We visited restaurant, because was told food would be great. Unfortunately, it wasn't The turkey wings were salty, and taste as if it was boiled quick , therefore the meat was just smothered with gravy to camouflage the flavor. The so-called blue cake and drink both had toooo much sugar, which isn't good for anyone's health. I hope they improve on cooking methods, because we ALL want this restaurant to be successful.."
