Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"I went to the drive-through. There was no one in line. I ordered one of their specials the shrimp tacklebox. I paid for it. She told me to pull up. 15 minutes later, still no food. Two cars in that 15 minutes went through the drive-through. After the second car went through, I backed up to the window (because it was raining and asked them about my food. The girl who took my order, completely ignored me When I asked about my food (The window was open). The girl behind her gave me my food without saying a word. They shorted me shrimp as well. It might be the worst Customer Service I’ve ever had at a Popeyes and that is saying something."

"My wife and I came on December 29th at 5:30 p.m. to have dinner in the restaurant. We stood at the front counter for over 20 minutes while the staff took other people's orders around us and never once did they ask us if we wanted to order. After 24 minutes of waiting and not having our order taken and having six customers waited on that came in after us we got so frustrated that we left and went home and prepared our own dinner. This was such a disappointing experience"

"The app is the way to go. 10.99, 5 peice two biscuits two sides. Food was good. The rice and beans are good. The Cole slaw is interesting idk really what's up with that. Maybe that's just how it tastes? I don't get Cole slaw a lot there. Its sweet and taste kinda like pickles. Idk. Anyway seems fine. The kid was pretty chill and helpful which was mind blowing to me. I'm not gonna mess with that. Edit: wasn't going to say anything but Google asked. So they subbed in Mac and cheese because they were busy. It's premade and ready. Yet the thing less than half full like 1/4 full 2 bites. Good thing I didn't care too much cuz that's bad. Sad. Disrespectful really"

"So I order food online, I come to pick the food up and the lady said someone came picked up my order. My first question How! So it's safe to say don't order Herr first they are unorganized and obviously not verifying they Order number. This is so unprofessional then to top it off the manager lady acted like she was in the right for my order getting taken on her watch I will make sure I do not buy from here I guess it's just the location if I was you I would steer clear from ordering here they have a lack of awareness and flat out careless so if you careless about online order can I trust your careful with Meal prepping, Hold times and they are Rude! Lost some money but the lesson I learn was worth way more. Just can't go anywhere location mean everything management nerd to seriously take a look at this establishment and get it under control and ran better"
