"Pretty sad location. We both Got lettuce but we never asked for it. I got my burger w no pickles, tables are all disgusting and every ketchup packet had stuff on it. I kept trying to find clean ones and there were none. And the fries were way too salty!"

"Delightful burgers that leave a lasting impression! The Fries, expertly cooked in peanut oil, are an absolute must-have at Five Gus Restaurant. My experience was nothing short of superb!"

"I hadn't been to a 5 Guys in a few years. I just don't eat fast food & burgers that often. Yet, I always told people that I thought 5 Guys had the best burgers AND the best fries... The burgers are still amazing, the fries aren't that special anymore. But the reason I won't be returning for my once or twice a year burger experience is that I paid $19 & change for one cheeseburger & an order of fries. This is pure corporate greed. I want a white linen table cloth experience & a complimentary glass of champagne for that kind of money. Is 5 Guy's better than McDonald's, Wendy's, & Burger King? Yes! Is it THAT much better? Heck no! EDIT - Review Part 2 - As I said, $19+ for a cheeseburger & regular fries, no drink. Get this, the credit card Point-of-Sale device had the balls - THE BALLS - to ask me for a tip! Are you serious? Did you seat me? Did you take my order at a table? Did you bring me my order? Did you ever have an employee on my side of the counter? Get the F out of here. Chipotle next door has better food for half the price & they don't try to guilt me into tipping for doing the basic tasks of the job."

"The food is so good. The place itself is a complete disaster. The women's restroom was disgusting, the ketchup area was pretty gross, and the tables were not wiped down at all. Thank goodness this location's food never fails, but the place itself needs serious help."

"Haven’t been in awhile because there are so many restaurants around town. Still have very good hamburgers and hotdogs. I like that they split the hotdogs and put them on the bun so that they don’t roll out and can add whatever you want without it falling out of the bun. The prices have increased, but that’s to be expected. Also love the fries with the spicy seasoning or you could get it without it. Peanuts in a box which you could get while you wait for your food to be cooked, so people with peanut allergies beware if it affects you to be around them."
