"These people are horrible. They rush you through the line and don't listen to you at all. Disappointed twice in a week. Was there a few days ago, said a little bit of sour cream and the dude put a ridiculous scoop on there. Went back again tonight and emphasized "A LITTLE" and the same thing happened. It wasnt even a normal scoop, it was a massibe plump. Food was totally inedible and horrible employees. Definitely not coming back. Welcome to Moe's!!!!"
"Went for the Halloween promotion and the store was very crowded. My online order was 30min late. The food quality is good but the burrito was somewhat smaller than I remember. With the 50% discount it was okay but I would never pay the full price they're asking for this. On the plus side, the hottest red sauce is actually pretty hot so be careful."
"I'm from out of state, so I'm not sure if this is a Florida norm, but this Chipotle was very sub-par. The pic is the guac we received, not after a few bites, the one received (never been to a Chipotle where it wasn't oozing over the sides). Restaurant felt dirty. Found only a single table that was acceptable (not wiped clean, just cleaner than the others). Out of napkins, out of soap and paper towels in men's room). Glad this was a location to which I'll never have to return."
"the restaurant was dirty without lemonade or fresh water, the bathrooms without paper or soap, but I was confronted by an employee who felt offended by taking the photos and she was in the photo, she threatened to call the police and the manager was convinced I didn't get any apology for that."
"Chipotle overall is pretty good. It's just this branch is a little bit chaotic on and off with their service. Sometimes they have good employees and sometimes employees are not as good. And almost every time I've been here it's been a little bit messy. Garbage cans overflowing etc."
