We used to frequently come to this location but it had been a while since we've been back because it was lacking in customer service and the quality of the good was downgrading. "Visited Chili's on Sunday evening. This is a very busy location so not the place for a quiet evening meal. Despite being very busy the hostess and our server were both pleasant and friendly. Our server was superb about making sure we had everything we needed."

"Specifically asked if they have the free chips & salsa for rewards members, said they did then never took it off the check and never stopped by to check on our table so we couldn’t even bring it up to them after waiting to get their attention. Could barely even get refills on drinks either. Also forgot to bring out my appetizer salad and they had 0 intentions of doing so, I also had to specifically ask for them to bring me that as well in a to go box. Food was mid for a chilis. Waitresses will straight up ignore you though and only come by your table when it’s time to order and when dropping off your food. Not worth it."
