"My experience at Geckos was terrible. Great server, but absolutely terrible management. In my experience with Doug as the restaurant manager, I've observed significant issues with his communication skills which has resulted in confusion among staff. Additionally, his communication style comes off as dismissive and unapproachable. Furthermore, Doug's management approach includes unfair treatment of employees, that I a costumer, could see from the outside looking in. I even saw him follow out a young lady to her car and she seemed very uncomfortable. Lastly, Doug's demeanor can be described as cocky, which negatively impacts the overall work environment. Overall, these aspects of his management style significantly hinder the restaurant's overall functionality and customer experience. I won’t be back! it’s a shame people like this still exist."

"The manager Byron should be fired. And the waitress Celeste disciplined or let go. Here's why, we ordered a hamburger, medium well, and the bread lightly toasted, along with 2 other meals and an appetizer. The hamburger was the last to be served. It came out raw! Bloody, and the bread toasted dark brown. When I asked the waitress, to return the hamburger for my friend, she didn't try to bring it back, instead she went and retrieved the manager Byron. He came out and didn't seem sorry. He grabbed the plate and went in. We waited over 5 minutes when he returned. It was still raw and the bread was bloody. He grabbed the plate and came back in 2 minutes. Still, areas of the hamburger was raw and the middle was still really red with the bread bloody. He said he would deduct the meal and didn't offer anything else. He was rude and smirked each time he came to the table. Celeste the waitress copped an attitude with us and was extremely rude. She slammed the reciept down. We tried to be civil and even toned with both of them inspite of their attitude. No manager should of acted the way he did. And I truly believe she wasn't listening and tried to blame our party. After 45 years of being in the customer service industry, this situation would NOT be allowed without consequences to both of them! Pictured is the 3 trip back to our table with the hamburger."

"Been here a few times to a couple different locations and this location is probably the best. Service was very nice and the food was great. Huge portions, had to take some home. We arrived and were immediately greeted and sat. Food was quick to come out. The nachos we started with were big enough to feed about 5. Only downside is, it is quite pricey, but worth it."

"Food was great and service was even better!! I loved the shrimp crunch wrap and will definitely be going back for it. We had the homemade potato chips to start and they were pretty good too!! Something on the menu for everyone!"
