"The worst Culver’s ever. I ordered curd side. 20 minutes later I have to wave an employee to make them aware that was two car waiting in the curd side spots. Meanwhile, the took care of all the cars going through the car line until it was empty. After waiting 7 more minutes the food came. Without looking (my fault) I drove home to realize that my food was cold and my burger was done the wrong way with Soggy lettuce and a mix of ketchup and mayonnaise and a dry beef patty. This place has no shame whatsoever."
"The sloven worker at Culver’s comes out 15 minutes after I said I arrived and hands me 2 concrete mixers that are completely melted and liquid with a “here ya go” and just walks away. This is a regular occurrence, order is never right or it is poorly made. This place needs to get its act together."
"I really enjoy Culver's fresh to order burgers. My son is really into the pub burger. The service is always top notch by young people learning the ropes of customer service. It is located at an intersection with a round about, so it is confusing to get to unless you know how to use it. Unfortunately, most drivers don't. Don't forget the cheese curds!"
