"VERY RUDE. THE SIGN CLEARLY SAYS THE ESTABLISHMENT CLOSES AT 9:30PM, AND THE DOORS WE LOCKED AT 8:57PM WHEN I ARRIVED. I THEN TRIED TO GET THE EMPLOYEE'S ATTENTION ( A LITTLE BOY WITH LONG HAIR, UNKEPT, AND UNCOVERED WITH A HAIR NET MIGHT I ADD) AND HE BLATANTLY IGNORED ME. YOU HAVE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER THAT ONCE PRAISED THIS LOCATION FOR THREE YEARS AND I WILL FURTHERMORE ADVOCATE FOR THE FRANCHISE ON FLETCHER."
