Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"Took 5 minutes just to order. Paid server gave us our drink, and then we waited 6 minutes for them to open the window and say "umm do you want to wait for the food or not?" Confused we asked what do you mean? They replied "to drop the wings takes 8 or 9 minutes, di you want to wait or want your money back?" We asked why didn't they start cooking when we paid? Very rudely they replied something about preparing and slammed the window. Came back with the money. I guess they just didn't want to make the order. Weird experience."

"Waited 6 minutes for someone to take my order. Pulled up to pay, got my drink and waited 9 minutes for the cocky rude manager to ask me if I still wanted my wings because it would take 8-10 minutes to cook. I asked her why didn't they start making my wings when I ordered them. She arrogantly said "They need to be prepped" I asked her why they weren't prepped as soon as I ordered them. They should have said when I ordered them it will be 8-10 minutes and it would have been ok with me. Instead she had me wait 9 minutes before she talked me out of them. They were too busy on their cell phones. The other 3 cars behind me left. Total circus. Biggest disappointment ever. I've been eating Popeyes for years. They will never see another nickel of my money. I went across the street to Checkers and was greeted professionally and was very satisfied with my meal. That Popeyes manager needs to find a new job and a better attitude. I asked for the store number and she told me as she slammed the window shut. I hope corporate looks at this location and makes changes."

"We went for the advertised strawberry biscuits and they only had 2. If you advertise it then you definitely have enough to serve your customers! Besides that everything was awesome!! Love the chicken sandwich, delicious!!"

"The manager Dollsie was unprofessional and rude refused to correct my order had an attitude whole time during my order. Refuses to give me her name.She always give customer an hassle. First time it was you can't pick the kind of chicken you want. This time she states I can't change my order to strawberry biscuits.The dining area was unclean. She needs to be fired. Bad business"

"Please stop cooking the regular and strawberry flavored biscuits at the same time. Or on the same tray together? You guys are making the regular biscuits. Taste like strawberry and it's unpleasant below. I have attached a picture of the uneaten biscuits. I ordered today because they taste like strawberry. This experience has severely affected my rating today. Please correct this preparation mistake immediately."
