"I have been going here for 29 years. Estella's forever...Then Margarita's took it over. It definitely isn't the same as it was when it was Estella's. Friday was a beautiful afternoon. My spouse ask me if I wanted to stop by my favorite restaurant and sit out on the patio. I said yes. When we arrived, there was one server. We asked him very politely and respectfully if he would clear one of the tables. He did so reluctantly. That table ended up being too sunny. So, we chose another table. There were not many options as most were dirty. Another couple came in as we still sat there waiting and took a corner table. He came back out and greeted them with a smile and with salsa. I noticed this and brought it to my spouses attention. We simply got up and left. This seemed to be some sort of passive aggressive slight. This is my opinion as it was very blatant to me. His body language told to the story. I will never go back. 29 years... However, there are too many other places that show hospitality, not these PA games."
"Food is good and love the location, but the service is poor. The last few times we’ve visited our server was not attentive and not very friendly. It will take a long time to get your food. I hope they fix their service because we used to enjoy eating here."
"Happy with the food! Good queso and I ordered a rice bowl. Delicious! The margarita was on the small side but packed a punch. I will say our server wasn’t terribly attentive. It’s nice not to be bothered, but took just a few minutes too long for drinks and chip refill in my opinion. Also bathroom cleanliness wasn’t the best. I feel like this place is on the edge of being 5 star. But if you want good food and a solid margarita, not a bad place!"
"Everything about this place is great! The staff is friendly and their service is top notch. Their atmosphere is also fantastic, with both indoor and outdoor seating available. The food and cocktails are absolutely on point. I only wish I had room for more!"
"This was the second time I have frequented this establishment. The first was 5 years ago when we forst moved to Davis Islands, the second, yesterday. The food was good. The lady serving us seemed like she'd rather be anywhere but at work. The atmosphere was lacking cleanliness. There were spider webs or what looked like piled up dust on lights and on wall decor."
