"usually at the hour I go for my typical Wednesday night ice cream cone, it's empty. I love it, nice to think about things. the employees probably hate me BUT I do get my ice cream cone almost every Wednesday night around 7:30 and the one lady is always very nice. I believe she is the manager? 5/5 I love coming here"
"Waited 15 min.( Had my kids or I would have left. ) To place order only one girl cooking one lady working counter n drive thru.no other employees at all. Food got to us cold not right. Fountain drinks no syrup, no tea. customers walking out. Trays not washed, food gets placed on dirty tray. Tables , bathrooms dirty. Can’t blame 2 ladies. They can’t do everything. Owner needs to hire workers or get in there n help run it. Or shut it down till he gets help. It’s shame!!!"
"I've been going here because they are close by my work. Last 3 times I asked for onion rings I got fries instead. One other time I got someone else's meal entirely. Service can be slow but otherwise the food is delivered hot. I'm just done with not getting what I ask and pay for."
"Actually I wouldn’t give it one star. Whoever owns this franchise should be stripped of the investment. This is the worst operated Burger King I have ever seen. The staff is inattentive, slow and amazingly incompetent. I really like Burger King but will never go back to this one around the corner. I ordered 2 double cheese burgers, onion rings and a drink. The only thing they got right was the drink and thankfully I poured it MYSELF. What they did give were 2 whopper juniors and onion rings that may have passed by the fryer but never made contact with the fryer (ICE COLD). I never complain but I’m over these companies making Covid the excuse for lack of quality staff and service. If you pay a competitive wage you will have qualified personnel. I am also going to post this on next door and other community sites. If I’m going to pay a bit more as a result of inflation I’m going to expect service."
