"Service would be absolutely a -10. She was rude and cut us off while trying to order. Snapped back saying they don’t have something in an extremely rude tone. Will NEVER come to this location again. This place is a HARD NEGATIVE 100"

"Horrible service, it’s 10:45am. They just say we’re are not open. I ask when are u open. She just repeats we’re not open. I say, I know what time are u open. She just keeps repeating with an attitude. Obviously it’s understandable that this person can only get a job at Taco Bell."

"I’m a regular at Taco Bell. I love the food. But today my visit was unacceptable. The customer service was very poor. The lady taking drive thru orders maybe should be in a position where she doesn’t has to interact with customers. At one point I don’t think she realized that she didn’t hit the mute button and her conversation could be heard. She’s talking about customers using profanity to other team members. I was throughly disgusted They also didn’t have several items I wanted to order ( grill wasn’t working ) I then get my order and items that I ordered are missing from the bag. This visit makes me think twice about spending my money with a company that doesn’t value their customers. After reading other reviews it’s clear that this location is lacking leadership and poorly managed"

"Deserves no stars… 09/24/23 at approximately 12:37pm at KFC/Taco bell on Armenia Ave Tampa Fl. My experience was literally hell. The staff cursed me out while I was looking at the menu at drive thru and a employee asked me how can they help me and I was still looking at the menu literally getting ready to tell her that I was still looking at the menu and before I could get it out she asked me the same question again but yelled it out to me extremely rude and I’ve never ever been talked to like that at a fast food or restaurant ever. I was so upset and frustrated and I told her that she didn’t need to be rude and she even got me out of my character because I gave her exactly what she gave to me and the another gets on the microphone speaker in I am assuming it’s the manager and I also assume that it’s a black lady like myself from the tone of her voice she gets to cursing me out like a dog and she started talking about my momma in everything, it was crazy. She told me that I can’t place in order into leave and I was so hungry and craving some Taco Bell/KFC right at that moment. I’ll NEVER ORDER HERE EVER AGAIN UNTIL YOU GUYS GET COMPLETELY NEW STAFF WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY UNTIL THEN ILL GO ELSE WHERE!"

"I came to this location at about 10:40pm Sept. 10th through the drive thru and the young lady and man (who was making the food), provided us a great experience. The food was up to par & their service was quick and very polite! Would come back again for a late night snack."
