"Review for BellaBrava I recently had dinner at BellaBrava and was thoroughly impressed by the culinary experience. We tried a variety of dishes, including the Pasta Arrabbiata, Pasta Pesto Rosso, Trattoria Chicken Parmesan, and Chicken Saltimbocca, and each one exceeded our expectations. The Pasta Arrabbiata was a delightful blend of flavors with roasted red pepper, asparagus, mushroom, and basil, tossed in a spicy arrabbiata sauce that added just the right amount of kick. The Pasta Pesto Rosso was equally delicious, featuring gemelli pasta paired with grilled chicken, goat cheese, and a flavorful sun-dried tomato and roasted red pepper pesto. For those craving something more classic, the Trattoria Chicken Parmesan was a standout dish. The prosciutto, asiago, and fontina cheese complemented the tender chicken perfectly, while the oven-dried tomatoes added a burst of sweetness to the dish. One of the highlights of our dining experience was taking advantage of the happy hour specials from 3-7 pm, with $6 wine and sangria, along with $3.99 well drinks. It added to the already fantastic value of the meal. I would highly recommend making a reservation before visiting BellaBrava, as it tends to be quite busy. However, the service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy without being too casual or overly fancy. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience, and I look forward to returning soon. SORRY THIS TIME I ATE FIRST , phone came second"

"We walked in with no reservations and got a table right away. Sort of a “vogue, modern eatery” as far as the look and feel goes. Service was impeccable, friendly and courteous. The waitress assured us that we would like our entree choices. We started with a couple of sangrias which were refreshing. They were a little bitter and I couldn’t taste any triple sec, grand marnier, or brandy if there was any of those standard sangria ingredients in there. To me it tasted like Cabernet (or even bottled sangria) with some added fruit. Certainly not the best sangria I’ve ever had but at $6/glass I wouldn’t have expected much more. Our appetizer was the Trattoria Meatballs which were perfectly seasoned and served in a cheese sauce that had a little “heat” from red pepper flakes. My wife had the eggplant parmigiana, it was good but it looks like they didn’t put any sauce between the eggplant and baking dish, since the bottom was dry and a bit overcooked. The pesto Bucatini pasta was delicious and I haven’t had those noodles since I was a young boy growing up in NY. I had the Chicken Saltimbocca which was wonderful. The chicken was tasty, perfectly seasoned, not dried out, and the prosciutto was not burned, as typically happens in a dish like this because the chicken is routinely overcooked and everything else suffers as a result. In this case the dish was made perfectly and the prosciutto was still moist and tender when the meal was delivered to the table. . Overall a very pleasant dining experience and I would have given it 5 Stars had it not been for the bottom of the eggplant parm being dry from lack of tomato sauce. When in the area this is a “must stop”."

"First experience at this location. The ambiance/decor is charming. Started with the Arancini(average taste) and bruschetta(good flavor, perfect amount). Main dishes included the salmon, which was delicious with the very flavorful capers on top. The hot honey pepperoni pizza was very good, with tons of pepperoni. I ordered a side of basil pesto cream, which was great as a dipping sauce for the pizza. Service was mediocre. Would return."

"Bella's is a solid Italian spot, offering food that comes close to the authentic flavors. The lively atmosphere indicates its popularity, so making reservations is a smart move. Fresh off a long Italian trip, I was eager to keep the Italian food experience alive, and Bella's delivered. The pasta, in particular, tasted remarkably close to what I enjoyed in Italy. Our waiter added to the positive experience, being friendly and helpful with the menu. It's a nice spot, whether you're planning a date night or a casual get-together with friends"

"While there are many food choices in Midtown Tampa and we’ve been to several, we decided to try BellaBrava this evening. It was the right choice. The host greeted us right away and while we were being seated the owner came by to make sure we were being taken care of. I also noticed the owner walking the floor and checking tables the entire time we were there which to me is a sign of a great restaurant. Our server was friendly and attentive. Our meals were all excellent. Portions were adequate without being overly large. I would highly recommend BellaBrava and we will definitely be back."
