"Fast service, was there when they were having a rush of people and they were friendly and got my food ready quickly. Nice place to stop for a bite to eat and I would say to stop in if you are in the area!"

"I’m never one to leave a review, even a bad one but today’s experience really upset me. I came to Arby’s because I wanted a good burger meal for the second time. I enjoyed it the very first time and thought my second time would be great. When I arrived to this Arby’s there was a for the drive-through. They looked pretty busy and they little behind but I’m a patient person so it didn’t matter. When I finally arrived to order my food. The lady on the intercom asked me if I can wait a second to order. I said no problem. I’m fine with waiting. I am on break from work but I have a little time to spare. It took them about 7 to 10 minutes to get back to the intercom. But I ignored the matter because I just wanted to get the meal. When I was ordering, I ordered the burger meal. The lady informed me that the shake machine was broken, but I said no worries, because I was going to switch it out with a strawberry lemonade. I also asked for no onions on my good burger. She’s confirmed all the items on my order and asked me to pull ahead. When I arrived to the window I paid for my food, and they asked me to wait a minute so that they can grab it for me. She finally came with my drink, wiping it down. It was a small strawberry lemonade, which I was surprised because I thought it would’ve been the same size as the shake. But it’s OK. I’m still waiting for the food. All good. Then they brought the food to the window and handed it to me. I thought my time at Arby’s was done, so I went to go park and eat my food. My reach to the bag there was a chicken sandwich and not a good burger sandwich. I was a little confused so then I looked at my receipt and saw that it did say a good burger and not a chicken sandwich. Mine I did touch the sandwich to inspect what was under the bun. I rolled up to the window and told the lady there that they had my order wrong. She looked a little confused, but then I showed her my receipt and said that I ordered a good burger meal received the chicken sandwich. She said let me see it, so I grabbed the chicken sandwich and opened it and said that this was the wrong item. She grabbed the sandwich brought it inside and then told the other employees that they had mistake in someone’s order and switched it over. So it took them a couple seconds then to grab my sandwich and give it to me and a bag with some napkins. And I thought that my trip to Arby’s was done from there. Well, instead of me parking in the parking lot and inspecting my food again, because I thought that they had got it right this time. I drove away and parked somewhere else to eat my food. When I went into my good burger, wrapper and open the sandwich, I just took a bite without inspecting it at all. There were onions on the sandwich. It just upsets me raw onions make me sick. So I tried to peel my bun off so that I can grab the onion and it was stuck to the patty. And my sandwich had almost a quarter of a pound of lettuce on top. Every time I would grab the sandwich lettuce would fall off and get all over. This experience at Arby’s was just disappointing because I came here thinking that my last experience was as nice as it was. And this one just completely took a 180. Not be returning to this Arby’s whatsoever and now I see why reading all the other reviews on this location. I don’t think I’m gonna be at an Arby’s in my future at all. Thanks for nothing Arby’s."

"I'm so glad we finally got an Arby's over here. It's my guilty pleasure. And oh my goodness. The customer service!! Phenomenal. Whoever was running the register was so happy it was contagious. I think his tag said manager but I don't recall his name. Either way he should be commended. I normally get the classic b&c but I ventured out of my comfort zone and tried the Philly. The garlic aioli was AMAZING. I'm glad I tried something new."

"I will never go back! The cashier would not even say thank you or even acknowledge me as a customer. She did not offer anything nor even speak to me at all. I'm glad she can afford $500.00 fingernails. I was very impressed. Now for the sandwich that was advertised as one you can't put down, it was totally disgusting! There was more cheese than anything else."
