"I am done with this location. Fries were cold and taste like cardboard and when I asked for a replacement I was told I should have asked for the hot and fresh. I'm sorry shouldn't that be the norm? Then I heard the workers talking and someone said and tell him not to be reaching over my counter, which I never did. Just very unpleasant lunch experience. Then 2 workers still on the clock standing at the entrance enjoy a cigarette while a customer was waiting at the register to order. The supervisor had to go out and get them to come in and do their job. The response was why he can't use the kiosk. I will never return. And the food was horrific."

"This is a nice looking franchise and I was expecting a first rate lunch experience while eating in. I used the kiosk to order and it required a table tent number to complete. There were no table tents so I made one up. They called out my order and then I had to ask for my drink cup. I finally sat at the least dirty table because they all had grease smears and drink rings. It was obvious that they hadn't been wiped off recently. When I left I tried to use the the hand sanitizer and it was empty. The food was as good as could be expected but the dining area was disappointing."

"We ordered through UberEats last night and received an extremely moldy apple fritter. My toddler ate a large portion of this before my husband noticed that it was COVERED IN MOLD. I will NEVER eat here again! They refunded the price of the fritter through UberEats and never contacted us or apologized, or anything!!! Mommas check your food here if you are brave enough to even eat here!!!!! Just thinking about McDonald's now makes me want to throw up..."

"I will not be coming back to this place. stood at counter for a few minutes, everyone was cutting up or on their phone, so i went to the kiosk. While i had sit down to wait for my food i noticed there were no order on the expedite screen and the photos show what was taking place at the time. Horrible customer service, no managerial muscle being flexed, even the manager was on her phone for 30 minutes straight. one firl was actually making sandwiches and texting at the same time. If i could do 0 stars i would actually do -5."
