"I'm not a big fan of McDonald's, but my grandkids wanted to go. The order taker gave the impression that we were a bother by simply showing up. Six-piece nugget box (as ordered and labeled as such) had only 4 pieces. Granddaughter wasn't pleased. Ordered 2 small Fantas and received 1 small and 1 large. What grandma wants to deal with the impending discord that presents? Will try to talk them into PDQ next time."
"Always when I go in there they always have an attitude towards the customers and they always seem to mess up my order even when it's the easiest order. They need to fire the managers there because they are no help at all and apart of the problem and would love to have a nice chat with corporate"
"To me, this is THE BEST McDonald's anywhere! It is a showplace on the outside with palm trees and a spotless parking lot. The staff members inside are top notch and personable. The drive-thru guy even placed my order of fries neatly into the take out bag without any of them cascading onto the bottom of the bag. They pay attention to usually overlooked details here!"
"Drive miles to get here- go through drive though and they say they are only taking Uber and door dash. The. Employee just sits there on his phone for 10 mins while I wait for my order. Makes zero sense"
"Made a visit today for my grandkid. The help was rude as was the manager. They cheated me on my fries out of spite. This place is like most others except for the unwelcome vibes that permeate from the staff. All because I took pictures. C'est la Vie. Except for the fries and chocolate shake, I've never had much use for Mickey D's. I was a BK guy most of my life. The kind of thing parents hand down to their kids. I like traditional burgers with all the fixins and was not tempted by the 1/4 pounder or the Big Mac. Now I seldom visit either since there are so many better options. For some it's a favorite and they will always love it."
