"This Taco Bell is the nastiest I have ever seen. My boyfriend and I have gone here a few times because it is close but they get the order wrong every single time. We are always missing an item, we ordered through DoorDash one night and we got a completely wrong order, not one item was correct. We have tried again a few times by either going inside or doing the drive-thru and its always wrong and the attitude is unmatched. We tried again last night and once again they forgot two items and my boyfriend asked for no sour cream and every single item we ordered was literally smeared in sour cream. It was a mess, I'm not sure if they thought I meant extra or if they were just doing it on purpose but it was an extreme amount covered on everything. This place is gross, they never get anything right, and they extremely rude. We are never going back, I really hope management steps in or it gets shut down because its nasty."

"I had to have my whole order remade for multiple different reasons. Some of it was burnt, some was cold, and when I say cold I mean not even cooked. We’re talking a cheesy roll up with cold cheese inside. It’s just melted shredded cheese in a soft shell rolled up.. it’s not that hard! lol The staff is horrible! Horrible language, I will never bring my kids inside of this place again! Very lacking customer service! I will go to a different location from now on."

"Best Taco Bell in the Tampa area. Food is always made as if someone actually cares to make it look good. Service is prompt and polite."

"I am an Uber Eats delivery driver and I went to pick up an order for a client on a Saturday night and when I tell you how dirty is place looked it's an understatement. First of all, no one acknowledged you, and the wait time for Taco Bell was probably 25 minutes, the service was non-extinct, and the foul language between employees made it incredibly difficult to sit there and watch while they prepared the food. When I saw them preparing the food with no care in the world and how dirty the counter was, never again would I eat at this Taco Bell or recommend or even pick up from this location."

"A busy Taco Bell with more customers than they can handle... Who would expect them to be good?!? Mess up your order? Sure. Give you a teaspoon of beef in a taco? Why not... The staff looked really overworked and ordering online ended with the staff member who was on the phone with his friend the whole time he was talking to me, shrugged his shoulders, "what's your name again??" Simply Amazing... Find a better location or a better choice for dinner, they just might thank you for it."
