Chipotle Mexican Grill

"The chipotle crew on Friday, 2/15 at roughly 6pm EST was exceptional. This was the best service experience I’ve had at a chipotle, possibly a restaurant ever. I have never written a review. Good experiences usually get overlooked and bad experiences…hey get over it, don’t tattletale online. But this two bowl order I placed on the 15th day of the second month in 2024, deserves all the praise. I walk in knowing I have to place a multiple bowl order, which if you’re new to chipotle, is the worst to be behind in line. It’s technically allowed but come on, keep it moving. I’m happily greeted and give the first order. White Rice, chicken, no beans. By the time I finished the sentence this magician finished - didn’t even habitually go at the beans. Hit the second order - perfectly executed, generous double chic portion. Second station is already asking for both bowl toppings. I say it once and fast - this other dude is finishing both DIFFERENT bowl toppings as I’m finishing the sentences! Pass it on down to the cashier who apparently has supersonic hearing, bc he already had it set to pay. I even double checked bc how the hell did you hear at their pace and with store noise. Then I looked dumb as hell, bc he nailed it and I’m stumbling to pay - still in shock at what I’ve just witnessed. The Friday team service and speed was flawless only matched by how friendly they were. In all honestly, this group operates like a Formula 1 pit crew and should be paid accordingly. Shout out you all!"

"I ordered online and the little bit of food that they give online orders is ridiculous! Plus I asked for veggies and that was missing also! This is exactly how the plate looked when I opened it."

"I see a lot of negative reviews about this Chipotle but I think there have been some changes since then... I can confidently say that this was one of the top 3 Chipotles I've been too in the States. The restaurant was clean, the staff was attentive and courteous, and the food was delicious and exactly how I ordered it. I highly recommend coming to this location, and I came during the lunch rush. 5/5"

"I usually love Chipotle, but I can safely say that this has been the worst Chipotle I’ve ever visited by far. Every time I give it another chance, I inevitably walk away with food that is barely edible. This time the quesadilla was soggy and the carnitas was dry and chewy with a giant glob of cheese at the bottom. Never again. Corporate needs to shut this place down."

"I am very disappointed with chipotle and this location, every time I place a delivery order my order is an accurate.The frustration with this is that I now have to except what has been delivered wait for a refund 3 to 5 days and maybe get some type of incentive or reaward due to the inconvenience.I ordered a chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, pico, light salsas, corn salsa, lettuce, sour cream and cheese yet I received a steak, cheese, brown rice and extra salsa bowl. It’s unacceptable when I frequent the Gandy location and wanted to speak to a manager today, but contacts only allowed an automated system. I love chipotle but customer service and food preparation of food accurately is important especially when my last 4 orders were inaccurate. After all the mishaps I’ve still supported and paid yet your team fails to look at the pick up and delivery orders throughly - Ive literally had to take a break from chipotle due to this issue smh and apparently will be taking another break."
