"We showed up later in the evening after a long day of Gasparilla activities looking for some dinner. We walked in and were informed the kitchen was closing up for the night, after chatting with the staff about nearby options we went out to grab an Uber to find something else. While we were waiting, one of the staff members came out and said he would take care of us as long as we ordered quick. Just absolutely incredible service on what can only be considered the busiest, most chaotic day of the year in Tampa. The food was incredible, I haven't stopped thinking about the grouper bites nonstop since Saturday night. The burger and crab cake burger were top notch, as well. The service was exceptional, couldn't have been more pleased with this entire experience. Will absolutely be heading back here again next time I'm in Tampa."

"Really good menu. Not your basic menu. This small upscale restaurant and cocktail bar has a great selection of dishes including pork belly and Parisian Gnocchi with red sauce, portobello and roasted kale polenta, and awesome burgers. There's something delish for everyone."

"We had a good experience at District South kitchen and craft. We ordered the okra fries to start, and they were okay. I think the really thin batter didn't make them seem as crispy. They were much softer than expected with a charred flavor. I ordered the bottomless mimosas which was good. Just keep in mind that it's only for one person. Each person has to get their own bottle. Both of our entrees were really good. We ordered the steak and egg sandwich and the American breakfast. Overall, we'll be back. We may just try some different starters, they had plenty to choose from."

"Food was excellent, great choices and a very unique variation of tastes. The prime rib melt is exquisite, the smash burgers were very good and the NY Strip was seared to perfection. We were all presently surprised with how tasty everything was. The wedge salad is gigantic, highly recommend it to be split for two."
