"2023: I recently celebrated a birthday at Mamajuana and I was absolutely blown away by the experience. The restaurant's modern decor creates a lively ambiance reminiscent of a club. With a DJ spinning energetic music, the atmosphere was electric. Let me start by raving about the food - it was phenomenal. The Yuca crabcakes were a stand-out dish that must not be missed. Bursting with incredible flavors, they were a true culinary masterpiece. I also indulged in the fried snapper, which was served with of flavorful shrimp and rice. This dish was simply delightful. I also tried the veggie Mofongo, which was good, although it didn't shine as brightly as the other dishes. Nonetheless, it still offered a satisfying culinary experience. Overall, my visit to Mamajuana proved to be exceptional. The party-like atmosphere added to the overall enjoyment, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a unique and unforgettable dining experience. 2022: I've visited Mamajuana multiple times and it has always been an enjoyable experience. There is an extensive selection of food, from sushi to traditional Dominican cuisine. The sushi is both creative and delicious, while the Dominican dishes are well prepared and flavorful. Furthermore, the service is great and the decor is vibrant and has a tropical atmosphere. In conclusion, Mamajuana offers an all-around satisfying experience with delightful food."

"We went to celebrate my father's birthday on Jan. 14, 2024. We had a fantastic time. I had made reservation for 10, but when I got there I told the hostess it was 13 and she was so sweet and accomodating. She said no problem. Good sign right away. The food was excellent. Melissa our server was so awesome, helpful and friendly. Made the experience even better for us. Taken our dad to somewhere that reminded him of his country, from the music to the food was great. We will definitely be coming back soon. Thank you to Melissa and everyone that made this a wonderful evening."

"Let's just get it out of the way the dishes are somewhat pricey, however the food and their sazón is good. The chícharo was not as the topical chicharon since they use breadcrumbs, the tostones need to be properly cooked. The shrimp pene pasta was delicious, the churrasco was ok, the puerquito was ok, the Mofo go chicharon was not great and the fried calamari was ok and this is one of the dishes that I like to ask at a restaurant however I won't be asking it here on my next visit. Parking was decent, bathrooms were cleaned. The hostess was of very little help, since I wanted to help pay as a present to the couple. She kept me waiting and never answered me so will be given the couple my gift later."
