Chick-fil-A

"I went to this location sometime around Christmas. They apparently spend all of their time on decorating and zero time on training and customer service and PROCESS. We placed a large order. Spent approximately $100. By the time we got home (not nearby) and distributed the food, my sandwich wasn't there. Very frustrating. When I called to complain the next day, the manager didn't offer me any type of refund. She said my compensation would be a "free sandwich". I said, so you're only offering to give me the sandwich that I already paid for. So you're not offering me anything at all. She said "well what exactly do you want from me", I said that I wanted compensation for my inconvenience. We settled on a meal, which she claimed was worth over $10. So maybe $5 in compensation for a ridiculous customer service failure. I was not told that there was any strict time limit for redeeming my free meal. I went tonight to collect my free meal tonight (not even 2 months later) and I was told that that was too long ago. The manager went back and forth among a week, 2 weeks, and 30 days, and couldn't really tell me what the policy WAS. However, this was too long and outside the policy. She was unnecessarily rude and condescending. Her name is Charissa. I am banning them FOR LIFE and writing a letter to corporate. This is not my first negative experience. This company has gotten big to the point that they (especially this location) feel they can treat their customers like garbage without any ramifications."

"Got 12 nuggets and they were so small. It was not Worth my money. I could not take it back cus I was at work. I would never go back. I didn't ask for cheese but it came with cheese and the cheese was in the bag not on the sandwich."

"This Chick-Fil-A knocks it out of the park every Christmas! It's a destination unto itself! Every year, I make the trek over here with my family from the other side of Tampa to enjoy the festive Christmas light display and the tasty food! Gotta get that peppermint milkshake! This year, they even had tables and chairs set up outside to give plenty of seating options for customers. They never stop thinking about the customers. They keep that triple drive-thru mooooooving as well."

"This Chick-fil-a is one of a kind! The dining room is large enough to accommodate a decent lunch rush and still stay comfortable. The staff were super friendly and came around to help us clear our trash before we had even gotten up. The ordering experience was clear and easy, and everything in our order was correct. The best time to visit this place is around Christmas! The light show they do is phenomenal - legendary, some would say. All in all, a great experience."

"It's your typical Chick-fil-A food wise and service wise so pretty good. During Christmas though they go all out as you can see in the pictures it's awesome. Definitely worth making the drive to experience it."
