"Service is super slow waited in the drive thru for my food for more than 25 minutes and the drive thru girl was eating fries right there visibly. If they would have offered me an extra fry, a drink or something maybe I would have been good."

"If I had a dollar for every time they’ve told me that the ice cream machine is broken, I’d have enough money to buy out this franchise & hire enough competent employees to take down the permanent ‘now hiring’ sign they have. EVERYONE is insanely rude here, starting with the managers. You’ll never hear a thank you or please, hell, not even a gracias or por favor. They all act like they’re doing you a favor by working there & all hate their job; not to mention, it sounds like a chicken coop with all of their hollering over & among each other behind the counter. When a customer approaches everyone quiets downs & you get side eye for interrupting their on-the-clock hang out time. The worst. Do better."

"I wonder what is wrong with us today. Do we just accept the fact that we will over pay and get horrible food and service. I stop here with my daughter to grab a quick breakfast. The food pictured cost me $18.35. Take a look at the receipt. Do we even look at these. $1.40 surcharge for orange juice, $6.57 for three hash browns. Seriously. I (we all) need to pay attention. A burnt chicken sandwich, soggy disgusting hash browns and a coke. How can a business especially a Mcdonalds want to give such gross food. Maybe what I believe is that they seriously don't care about my experience and the food quality they are giving out. I mean I could literally go to Dennys and get a complete breakfast for $8 a person. And it doesn't matter that yes I could, what matters is that I chose to come here and I this junk when the quality should be fresh and fast. Not to mention the tables, floors, and drink area was filthy. The lady that took my order was very nice. I am so disappointed. Do not come here."

"I went through drive thru, received a very overloaded with condiments deluxe meal. Tried calling twice and it just kept ringing!! I don’t have time on my lunch break to drive back. This is ridiculous. I hope a manager reaches out because this is not okay the burger is still raw"

"The McDonald’s location at 7350 W Waters Ave, Tampa, FL 33634 has the absolute worst service ever! Employees with attitude, sarcastic and disrespectful! The place stays a mess 90% of the time and do nothing but stand around joking and playing instead of working. However, due to the homeless people coming into charge their phones the swung into action with that to the point of seriously going all the way to “covering” all the outlets but 2, making it hard for everyone to charge their phones while in the restaurant, yet they don’t concentrate on the cleanness of the place. Pictures included. I gave one star cause I had to in order to leave this message otherwise I wouldn’t of given them that!"
