Chipotle Mexican Grill

"The food we received was an absolute 10/10 from this food court chipotle. I have never seen a chipotle inside a food court before so I was intrigued when I saw this location. The line was growing quickly but the girls working seemed to be moving it along at a decent rate. We ordered and the food was delicious. Every ingredient tasted fresh, hot and was the perfect representation on a good chipotle experience. The service was somewhat distasteful although I do understand it’s extremely busy with a lot going on it can be difficult for some people to not be really friendly when working in these conditions. However it would be nice for even just a smile. Still I am giving 5 stars because the food really was that good. I see this store has a particularly low overall score on google maybe if you are reading this give them a second try. Thank you owners, managers & employees."

"Too many wrongs things but let’s start with the customer service. People here don’t even say hi. 2. They always slow and gotta wait for something to be ready. 3. They put very little food in there. I always have to be “Can you put a little extra?” and at the end everything it’s double so my price it’s doubled. The girl at the register, besides that she does nothing other than ring up people, she has very rude manners and she looks no. I forgot her name but she’s like Latina with semi red hair. Very rude! I would not come back here!! Everyone should stay away!!! And also I only ask if I could an extra small tortilla and the lady refuse to. She said it would have to be extra charge. When I have got an extra tortilla multiple times without extra charge!!! I will never go back there!!"

"I've been to this location many times. Let me be honest with you - you will get VERBALLY ASSAULTED. There's an employee that literally yells at the top of his lungs in order to intimidate and make fun of customers. He gets a good laugh out of it as does his fellow employees. Forget bad customer service, the staff here actively ATTACK customers. Please read the other reviews of people having PANIC ATTACKS from the way employees treat customers. I've been around the world, eaten everywhere - I've never seen this level of disdain and disrespect for paying customers. This is way beyond bad customer service. It's truly a disgusting establishment. Stay away at all costs - for your own safety."

"Got a burrito today with steak as the meat filling. The steak was incredibly tough, gristly, fatty, and chewy. There was little else in the burrito besides this gristly inedible meat. I even tried to pick out the gristly meat chunks. We ended up throwing it away and leaving the mall hungry despite spending over $15 on inedible food. Truly the worst burrito ever. The bottle of water was good so we tried to fill up on that."
