Wendy's

"Ordered online through the app (which they usually make when I arrive and tell them I’m there for my order). I get my food a little too fast so I was a bit suspicious and I heard a person in the cook area say “oh this that order that we thought wasn’t gonna show up” so I asked how long my food as sat there and the cashier Sandra said “5 minutes” and said with a condescending tone “have a good night” and rolled her eyes and walked away. I get home, the chicken sandwich looks like it has been sitting for an hour, the burger was ice cold, fries were cold. Chicken sandwich also was missing ingredients. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with my order from here so I called and got no answer. Gotta love modern customer service. Deal with a rude person that’s miserable to do her job and then can’t even reach them to get my damn order right. This Sandra woman has been rude multiple times in the drive through. I have no idea how they keep her in the drive through dealing with people. Paying customers have the right to have hot fresh food. I worked in fast food as a teen and I know for a FACT there are rules of switching out old food every 15-20 minutes of them sitting under the heat lamps. You can tell this place doesn’t follow any of these damn rules. Hire better people. Do better jobs. Simple as that."

"I stopped for breakfast to eat in the dining room. It was well after the dining room opening time, but no one was there. It was clean and quiet, which I liked. I seemed to surprise the staff by not being in the drive thru, but after a little wait, I was served very politely and pleasantly. I ordered my food and it was ready very quickly; I wish they had taken a bit longer. The "croissant" bread was dry and rubbery, the sausage patty was dry and a little hard, but the egg and cheese tasted fine. The potatoes were VERY dry, seeming like they were quite old. I had to add ketchup to both the potatoes and the sandwich to allow me to eat them easily. The spices and flavors were fine, but unremarkable."

"I made a easy mobile order (chili, frosty and baked potato) for drive thru pick up. When I got there I informed them of my name and the person on the speaker said "your good". I then get to the window and I'm told I have to go inside to pick up my mobile, drive-thru order. When I got inside I was waiting at the counter for a while and then they couldn't figure out my order. Once they figured it out, the main part of the order (chili) they no longer had. I then tried to cancel my order and was told it could not be done so I am out $8"

"On our way to our friend's place, my wife was hungry, so we decided to quickly stop at Wendy's drive-through. We ordered Chicken Nuggets, and within no time, our order was delivered to us in the next window. The nuggets were hot and tasty, and they satisfied my wife's hunger and craving."
