"My family and I have used 4 Rivers as our ‘go to’ place for barbecue. The food quality is outstanding! Recently we had an unfortunate experience (regarding vegan food) for a family member. Within 24 hours, 4 Rivers management reached out to us and the issue was resolved! THAT…is the sign of a business that cares. We have hosted dinners there for parties of 20 or more. Service was quick and efficient. We visited again today for takeout and quite honestly; the staff was friendly and an efficient and, of course the food was superb. 4 Rivers is a go to place for us!"

"Where do I even begin…My partner and I are huge foodies. We share our experience with all of our friends and family and our followers in social media and unfortunately this place was not one for the books. I had second hand embarrassment and we left both unsatisfied, hungry and with $60 less in our pockets for an awful and underwhelming experience. To begin, the Brisket (what we were most excited to try) was not only dry and under seasoned but was served to us in shreds? What on earth! When asked about it- they told us “it comes that way” that’s laughable. It came that way because it was cut incorrectly and it was extremely dry! That’s why! But we kept quite despite knowing what a good experience with brisket is. Also my husband is a butcher . The burnt ends were god awful- literally burnt! Tasted like charcoal, dry, borderline jerky. I can still taste the burnt end flavor hours after eating it. It completely turned my stomach around. The max and cheese is literally mediocre. Over cooked pasta in some fake cheese. Just like KFC mac & cheese- Just more expensive…. Sigh The cornbread- what a sorry excuse for cornbread. Dry, dry oh and did I say it was dry! Save yourself the extra almost $4 and go without because I promise you, you won’t be missing out on anything. The sweet potato casserole- a upcharged and nothing to do with casserole! The way they cook it also leaves you with a bitter after taste. Steer clear! The fully loaded potato (the spud crush)- literally all the bad I’ve mentioned in a baked potato. They add a disgusting radish sauce that throws the entire pallet out the window. Like why? It makes no sense. We were simply over it- we asked for boxes as we do not like wasting food. We left gave away our food. And that was that. Still hungry, and upset. I will add that before we left- we were asked about our food and after explaining to them how bad it was they just shrugged their shoulders and said “yeah that’s how our food comes”. Just wow. Customer service is none existent either. Sad to say- were never coming back."
