"With a heavy heart I must find a new place to get lunch bowls I have read reports suggesting chipotle has fallin prey to the mental illness associated with pronouns and writing up and some times firing people for misgendering someone. If you don’t what misgendering is it’s when you call a boy a boy or a girl a girl but this company has decided to side with fanatics over their honest hard working genuine sane staff."

"The place is trashed... I had to make a comment to an employee about how hard it was to find a clean table... i was never asked if I wanted to eat in or take it to go... the employee's just forced a bag to me with my order in it.. the restroom for men was disgusting. An advertisement was in there, and toliet paper littered on the floor. Pictures include are from the trash cans overflowing.. It looks like the restaurant just doesn't care since they weren't busy when I walked in. The volume of traffic did pick up from 7:05 pm till about 7:10 pm though. But no real excuses on finding the time to clean your dining room really."

"They literally can’t do their jobs. How do you get vinaigrette confused with RED HOT SAUSE!!! Their food is always cold and the staff is incompetent. Save your $15 and just go to Cava."

"We ordered quesadillas, chips and guac and queso. The only thing we received in our order was the quesadillas. We paid $38 through delivery. When we opened the bag and saw that items were missing, we called the store but it wouldn’t let us speak to an employee to report the issue. Needless to say, we are unhappy with Chipotle. We won’t be returning here. Can’t believe we were charged $40 for a quesadilla."

"Let me say the Manager Allie is a B! I had gotten just a drizzle of Queso Cheese. I get to the register and see the cashier, who was friendly, ring up a full side. I explain that I only got a drizzle. Allie decides to interject and advise that "If you get Queso, you have to pay." I advised that I only got like 2 teaspoons. Allie say, "Well you have to pay because if we did that then everyone would want it free right?" With a condescending tone. So I tell the cashier, thats fine give me the amount I paid for then, no problem. I spoke to Allie later, after this incident, before I left and her attitude was horrible. I told her the attitude and response was unacceptable. That she didn't have to relay what she was trying to say with a smart comment. She not only tried to interrupt me but then all she said was "Ok". Then I ask her if she is going to apologize. She said No because she had nothing to apologize for that she was sorry I FELT that way. I told her it's not how I felt It's your attitude and the smart comment you made. I told her it wasn't right to speak to customers in that manner and all she had to do was say it nicely. Again she says well. I'm not apologizing. Then started walking away. I told her I would complain and she said "Oh well". This was poor customer service. She has a nasty attitude and shouldn't be in a management role. Date 8/10 @ 5:30 pm Allie is a terrible manager with a nasty attitude. And the steak was stringy, rubbery and chewy. I had to spit most of it out. Will give it to my dog."
