"I don’t know what happened to Tampa Tap Room but it used to be delicious and one of my favorite places for wings and a burger. It has gone downhill and I was shocked. It used to have a nice atmosphere but had a weird vibe. The wings were rubbery and odd looking. The burger we ordered was very fair and served with maybe 10 fries that tasted like they had been reheated. My husband and I couldn’t wait to just pay the check and get out of there."
"I enjoyed my meal and the service that was provided. As soon as I sat down, I was serviced and it didn’t take long for my food to come out. I had the house salad, volcano burger and a cup of gumbo. Everything was well seasoned and tasted great. The cup of gumbo was extremely spicy I must say. It kind of overpowered the actual taste of the soup. If you are into spicy things that would be good for you. All in all I had a great experience."
"Great open atmosphere nice size tables for party of 4. Not crowded patio for warm days/nights. Waiter was great. Food not so..... Burger was good patty melt was OK. Curly fries were good not Cajun as ordered or expected coleslaw was terrible...taste more chopped onion with no flavor. Gumbo has nice heat on the backend but no flavor on the except burned. Wings were advertised as Jumbo but we're regular size. Flavor was not there as expected. Cajun was not jerk was not tossed with a drizzle of sauce only on one side and no real flavor. Looks like a great BAR for get together for Drinks"
"Great place to eat & watch the Sunday football games! Bartender took excellent care of me. The burger was incredible! The chef named Carolina personally came out & introduced me to his garlic honey chicken. I ordered them on spot. Real good atmosphere. Bad calls on the Jets prevented them from beating garbage Kansas City Cheifs!! I will be back again, thanks!"
"Super fun bar tucked away in a shopping plaza full of unique places to visit. This place definitely has a local hometown feel and has a ton of TVs to catch every single football, hockey or baseball game on. The space is really well designed and the outdoor patio is dog friendly. The bartenders are amazing, super fast and friendly. The wings!!!! I was extremely impressed with the wings as they were lightly breaded and extremely crispy. The medium sauce was perfectly tangy and had just amount of heat to not leave my mouth on fire. Don't judge the place by the outside because it really is a fantastic bar to grab lunch, a beer or a few, and a game."
