"The staff got part of our order wrong again, as usual for this location, and the fries were cold. I've lived within a few miles of this store for several years now and occasionally give it another chance when I am craving burger king. We stopped using drive through service at this location just so we could take the time to check our order in the lobby. We sacrifice the convenience because we expect the lower quality, and we are right Everytime so far. We were just at this location at 19:30 this evening and the staff told us we could not dine in because they were already cleaning up the lobby. There are no signs stating the lobby hours are any different than the store hours, and the website said they are open for dine in service. Service at this location is poor at best and the quality has always been just as poor. The poor service is a shame because the store is in a great location and has endless potential if it were better managed."
"I had asked for a simple cheese burger and made it very specific that I wanted no mayo . Yet they continued to douse my burger with mayonnaise. I’m very allergic and this is very unprofessional and when told they didn’t do anything about it but act like they didn’t understand me . Do better"

"Came here for lunch on a Saturday. Most workers couldn’t speak or understand simple English. Had to repeat the order several times. Food was ok but was a hassle to order here. Thought I was in a huge American city but more and more seems like it’s turning into another country seeing we have people here making almost $15 an hour and can’t speak or understand English. Won’t be back."
