Brio Italian Grille

"First of all , I would like to say that our server, Carson, was wonderful, attentive, and took his time in helping us select the perfect wine. I've been here many times before and have been very pleased and satisfied with the quality of our meal , but unfortunately , this time was not the case. The main reason for going was to get their lamb, but when it arrived at our table, the size of each lamb shank was no larger than the size of a half dollar and there were only 3 peices. The picture I'm including in my review does not capture the true size. We were able to get a side order of the asparagus. Because, as you all know, I don't eat grains or certain vegetables that are high in carbs. Each asparagus stalk was so small and thin and flimsy that we had to point it out to the manager. And he even admitted it looked very sad. Even so, we weren't charged for it, but I definitely left hungry. Not sure if we will be back for a while. Maybe this will change, but for now, we will try another restaurant to get lamb. We did order the beef carpaccio appetizer, which actually helped save the day."

"The decor/atmosphere is very outdated and quite frankly hideous. They even have 3 different kinds of flooring, including the ugliest carpet I've ever seen. The tables are close together and don't have adequate division/dividers between them so this is not a good place for intimate conversations. The hostess kept seating people directly around our table so we had zero privacy. That being said, our server (his name has escaped me) was excellent and the cheesecake was THE BEST cheesecake I think I've ever tasted. It blows Cheesecake Factory out of the water and almost made up for the fact that I wasn't a big fan of my entree. I ordered the lasagna which has a meat sauce but unfortunately the beef tasted more like sausage/pork which 1. I do not like 2. Was not disclosed/made clear under the description on the menu. If it was, I would not have ordered it. The portions are fairly large and the Moscato was sweet/delicious. The prices are way too high in my opinion however! It was about $100 for 2 people before tip. Olive Garden is cheaper and has better food (aside from that cheesecake, which is the ONLY reason I would return). I understand that a lot of my complaints are simply my opinion, maybe some people don't care about outdated decor or cheap sausage meat instead of beef but these things matter when you spend that kind of money!"

"Tried out their new brunch this past weekend! We were seated quickly and Todd was an enthusiastic waiter. He pointed out menu items to us and was very attentive. The brunch menu itself is pretty limited but you can also order off the full regular menu as well. Our favorite appetizers are the shrimp and eggplant as well as the truffle bread! Those two are a match made in heaven! We tried a variety of brunch items for the table to share. Our favorites were the steak and eggs and the avocado toast. We do wish the poached eggs were a little less cooked/runnier yolks but overall still yummy! We sat outside and there wasn’t any ambiance music so it was a little stale but overall always a great experience at Brio!"

"I visited this restaurant in October, 2023. I ordered the Pasta Brio which was delicious. I requested sun dried tomatoes in the pasta dish which they accommodated for at no extra cost. The prices on the menu are a little expensive but well worth it. I didn’t care for the complementary bread that much but it is complementary so I guess I can’t complain that much. Brio Italian Grille also offers a happy hour menu, Monday - Friday from 3pm - 7pm. The design and vibe of the restaurant is upscale which I enjoyed. Overall I would rate 4 out of 5 stars."
