"They refused to take my order. Told me I had to use the kiosk. Nobody was being served."
"65 cents for a sour cream, yet it's basically an empty container. Took them 5 minutes for the sour cream, just a sour cream. Was not a busy night, but maybe it's because I'm white. I didn't say much when I came in, I just ordered like normal, didn't think anything of it. But something felt off, like I was a problem for being there. Definitely something to think about, management."
"Awful customer service! My local Taco Bell on Fowler Ave is better than this place and that’s saying something! I tried coming inside due to the ridiculously long drive thru line and they didn’t even acknowledge me. They just left me standing at the counter. They didn’t even say “we’ll be with you when we can,” just straight up ignored me. Completely ghetto and unprofessional to treat customers like that. I already paid for my food through the app and don’t wanna wait around for this mess. Next time I know to use credit instead of debit so I can have my company fight for my money back when this clown show removes the “fast” from “fast food.”"
"I stopped by this Taco Bell as I needed a quick Lunch. I ordered the 3 Crunchy Tacos and a beef burrito from the value menu. I will say the tacos were full. Sometimes you can go to Taco Bell and the tacos are not full at all... and they might even be broken. These were really nice. The reason I gave them 4 stars was for 2 reasons: 1. The staff interacting with me or even acknowledging me at the counter was so slow that I ordered from the kiosk. They got the food together and to me pretty quick. 2. The parking was difficult there as it was very tight to park. I drove a full-size truck and when the Coke semi parked behind me...it was challenging getting out of the parking area. Overall though the food was good and that is why I have gave it 4 stars."
