"The night shift staff are not the nicest at all, they were rude and playing around one of them even sat on the counter where they give out the food which I find disgusting. They didn’t seem properly trained and when you asked them for napkins and stuff like that it seemed like you were bothering them. Night shift staff definitely need better customer service training and cleanliness. Very unprofessional and impolite, and food was cold."

"After my horrible and dreadful experience at the Waters & Armenia location where the chicken, service and ambiance are repelling I decided to search for a better location. A diligent hunt led me to this location on Hillsborogh near Sheldon. Service was fatastic! Jijana was my counterperson and amazing is the word that comes to mind, a real treat when in this day and age someone treats you with such respect, earnestness and kindness. Since I placed 2 large orders, one mild and one spicy, I was offered fresh cooked chicken if I wanted to wait. Heck yeah! Everything about my order was on point, boxes were marked for easy identification, the chicken when I got home was crisp, hot and delicious. I even used the Popeyes app for the buy 1 get one for $1, 6pc wing special. While I will always love the regular chicken the best, the sweet and spicy wings were really good. So if your in Tampa and you have a Popeye's near you that is disappointing, get in your car and come to this location for a much better experience AND better chicken. Come get you some!"

"Today we had a large order that didn't go through on the app. When we arrived to find out our order didn't go through, but was charged, I believe it was the manager who stepped up and took our large order with a smile. They were so pleasant and kind and all about customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to ensure our large order was correct and had fresh food. I was so impressed. Best service I've received from a Popeyes, yet alone any fast food restaurant. Thank you!"
