"This is the best Taco Bell in all of Tampa. I will often pass two or three others to come to this one. The service is usually very fast, the orders are correct, the food is hot and delicious. I like the new items they keep coming out with and their current Value Meal is very reasonable with a good variety. Yes, it will never be fine dining and the staff often seem miserable, but I would be too working in fast food."
"I honestly don’t know how this place is still in business. The amount of times they have incorrectly given me my order is substantial. The customer service is terrible and tonight, every rep was mad at me for asking them to redo my order because I asked for none of my items to have Sour Cream and of course, every item had sour cream. I hope management sees this and tries to hire better people."
"I have yet to have a pleasant experience at this Taco Bell. Either they’re always forgetting something, even when they have 0 customers in line inside or out, or this most recent time, I ordered my food and the worker handed me a regular Mt. Dew. I kindly said I ordered a Baja blast. As he’s refilling a cup, he makes a comment about it being “the end of the world” that I got a regular Mt. Dew handed to me instead of what I ORDERED. Just rude and unnecessary. Customer service at this Taco Bell refuses to be a priority."
"Thank you for putting the final nail in the Taco Bell coffin for me. I haven’t been to one in years and was extremely let down by not only the incompetence of your staff but the poor quality and price of your food. I’m not sure what competency standards you seek in employees, but basic common sense would be the first one to address. I would also expect a native English speaker to understand what is being communicated to them. I know, it’s a lot to ask today, but understanding basic communication is kind of a necessity in a business expecting to turn a profit. Good luck and RIP Taco Bell. I was fun while it lasted."
"They didn't have any beef when I got there but then they said they would have some in 20minutes but anyways the food was terrible I got it to go thinking maybe the doog would like but even the dog has better taste then to eat tasteless junk that taco bell offers."
