"Food came out cold, some foods didn’t even have what they were suppose to, such as the philly cheesesteak didn’t even have any cheese in it. our utensils were plastic with one thin napkin in the wrapper. server was snotty. the beef o brady’s in new port richey is amazing but this one is far from it."

"went here as a group of 8. Right of the bat took a good 10 minutes to get seated as the place was empty. Waitress was rude right as we sat down as if she didn’t want to be there. As we got our food came out cold, and made wrong. We were given plastic silverware and no extra napkins. When we asked for our food to be taken back she snatched it out of our hands. We then asked for the manager, managers excuse was that the chef was new. She did not come back for a good 15 min. Worst experience do not recommend."

"Took a while to be seated. Took a while to be served. The place was pretty empty, but our server seemed rushed. The Pretzel app was cold in a couple of spots, but we didn't send it back since seating and drinks had already been a longish wait. Burgers and fries were decent, although my kid asked for curly fries and got straight fries. We still didn't ask for a correction. Got a to go order and was told it was pretty good. All in all, it was just a meh experience."

"My waitress was named Emily. She provided the utmost in customer service and truly made me feel at home. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was extremely electric, and most important I felt as if I were with family. I’d definitely recommend Beef’s to my inner circle for a great night out."

"It was a time of surprises. The Buffalo Chicken Wrap came out as a sandwhich, which was a surprise. There was also a random blueberry hanging out on the plate. Which made us wonder if there was a surprise seen blueberry, what other unseen surprises were lurking on the food? Little surprises weren't a big deal, just kind of annoying: My soda was mostly ice and only refilled once. We asked for ranch and never got it. They said they were out of mayo. The booth seats were oddly angled and forced you to sit in an uncomfortable, weird way. One of the waiters stood at our table watching the game on the TV over our booth and then yelled at the play. I guess that was more of a "startle" than a "surprise"..."
