"I earned a $100 gift card from my work for Outback. I checked the balance online prior placing my order… it showed $100 available. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was given the food then waited for them to process the gift card which they couldn’t. I was asked to use a different payment method which I declined. I was questioned about how and where I got this gift card as if it was fraudulent! The clerk Bryce asked me to call corporate about this card giving him an invalid pin error message to which I replied you need call corporate. As a result I gave back the food and left frustrated to say the least. I will be calling corporate first thing tomorrow when they are open to answer questions. I see either an incompetent clerk or a flawed website, but worse is what it says about my overall experience with Outback. Update 01/09/2024. Phone number provided for corporate was incorrect. I was transferred several times spoke to 4 different people spent an hour to finally be told by Jane that yes indeed I had a $100 balance on my gift card. I went in person to Outback, asked the hostess to check my gift card and she confirmed $100. I then ordered the same order to go (from previous day). Tatiana helped me she was very nice, she placed the order and used the gift card SUCCESSFULLY. She said she was going to ask if I could get a discount (that didn’t happen). The food took 40 minutes to be ready when I was told 20 minutes. Nevertheless it was very good. I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 to reflect my 2nd visit impression to be fair but I still won’t return."

"Our server JASON was so kind and very on top of the ball, he had a great sense of humor and always made sure our food is fresh and drinks were full. I’m Our food was fresh and amazing. Bri and Jesse were tonight’s cooks we couldn’t go without complimenting the chef. The seasoning was on point, the medium was perfectly cooked, the fries were crispy, the beer was poured great. David was so kind and a great manager. We’ve been coming here for 10 years and have never had a meal where David doesn’t stop by to check everything is going well. He really listens and takes great care of his customers with a smile."

"The 4th Street location in St Pete, FL has become one of our favorite local spots, especially for the “Tuesday Tails” special (sirloin and lobster tail for $24.99-$26.99). The food is always great and prices are very reasonable. Tonight’s staff was excellent overall. Our hostess quickly brought us to our requested table in the bar area. Our server Ernest greeted us with a smile and provided excellent service throughout the dinner. The chef and kitchen staff prepared our meals quickly, and cooked everything just right. Also, Bryce the Takeaway/Catering Manager stopped by our table to introduce himself and hear our feedback about tonight’s experience. Thank you all for the fabulous dinner!"

"The service was amazing. Juliette was such a wonderful server. She was always checking on the table and also went the extra mile with service. Asking about food allergies or dietary needs. Not a lot of places do that however she did ask and that made me feel delighted. I personally have dietary needs and for someone to ask about that means a lot. The food was great. The steak came out just perfect and the lobster tail was just right. Everyone should learn from her and see her as a star."
