"Not sure what is happening to Applebee's. The chain seems to be sacrificing a quality experience in an effort to save money. I'm a returning customer. But, I have been to a couple of restaurants in the area and my visit has been subpart. This time the food was excellent. But the wait staff was in full on zombie mode. The tables were either dirty and or sticky. And the floors didn't appear as they were cleaned well. They lead me to thinking of how well is the kitchen being cleaned?"
"Kari did an awesome job as our waitress! I was disappointed that the all you can eat was gone but she suggested one of the 2 for $25 deals and made our visit great! Very personable and sweet, definitely ask for her your next visit! ☺️"
"Taking a family out to eat is now an investment given inflation. Unfortunately the experience my family and I had last night was terrible. The food tasted like it was taken out of the trash and I mean that literally. It was hard, cold and stale. It was old and dried out. Of the four entrees we ordered only one person was able to eat and that was a cheeseburger. They were unable to eat the fries because the were over salted and we’re not being picky here. I didn’t complain because we didn’t want a credit or to eat anything else out of that kitchen which given the quality of food must be a health hazard. We won’t be returning. Do not spend your money here."
