"This place is such a fantastic spot in Westchase. Having moved to the area from California, I can tell you that their açaí bowls EXCEED any that I’ve had out west. And more importantly, their team is so kind and helpful for ordering with a nut allergy. They take it very seriously to ensure a safe allergy atmosphere. What a wonderful business and delicious food!! Can’t recommend them enough."

"I asked for avocado toast with eggs, tomatoes and cheese. Also I asked a shot of ginger ( in the picture looks like a whole glass of ginger, you will see what I got ) I’m very disappointed, the toast was never toast. Was very watery super disgusting. I only could eat barely the eggs and the fruit ( wish is not a cup, is a sample of fruit) the advertised is a lie and the pictures you have in your website and google map are a lie too. I won’t buy in here again. And it’s a shame because I was looking for something healthy and what you promote, but is just a lie."

"The bowl was ascetically beautiful, but the taste of it did not make up for it. The bowl was runny and watery, and when I asked those working about it, they said it was because “they’ve only recently been made, and haven’t had to to freeze, and that was all that they had, but they would make it again for me.” I acknowledge their willingness to try, but I’m not sure how that would make it any better. The customer service is lacking. As a customer, I was not acknowledged when I entered the door nor when I arrived at the cashiers station to order. This doesn’t make someone feel significant as a customer. The cashier was either unaware or untrained of ingredients in the bowls when I asked for specifics. While waiting to receive my bowl, I went to the restroom, which was dirty, and as a dining customer this is always a turn off. Then after tasting my bowl, not liking it and returning to speak with the cashier about it, she & another worker told me to “hold on” while she worked on making other bowls. I understand workers needing to work, and I saw that they had a few online orders, but there is a need to take priority of a human being standing in front of you as a paying and potentially dissatisfied customer versus virtual orders who are not even in the restaurant yet. Anyway, the bowls are pretty, if your looking for a cute pic. And maybe they taste better, when they’ve had time to freeze- if you can plan out going whenever that would be. But taste and customer service wise, they don’t have it down yet."

"I absolutely LOVE this place. I order from here about once a week. The bowls are fantastic, and the service is always fast and the people are so nice. I've also done the online ordering and my order was completed right on time, where I didnt have to wait. I'd recommend online ordering if you want to get in and out when it gets busy there. Delicious food!"
