Denying employees the opportunity to eat during their shifts raises concerns about their well-being, productivity, and overall job satisfaction. Adequate nutrition is crucial for sustained energy levels and optimal performance, particularly in a fast-paced environment like a restaurant. This policy may inadvertently lead to employee dissatisfaction and, consequently, impact overall team morale. A workforce that feels cared for and valued tends to be more engaged and productive. Instead of worrying about when your staff feed themselves, how about you address all your pi$$ed off customers footing the bill for your 3% credit card charges!"

"Stopped in here since we were on this side of town. Pleasantly surprised! Didn't get her name but the pretty brunette bartender was very nice and attentive. My husband's reuben was great and my mushroom swiss with bacon burger was delicious and cooked perfectly. Thanks for a great experience!"

"Came here on a whim, and I was greatly surprised. This place has turned into the new local bar for me. They serve a wide variety of food and from what I tried, the food is fantastic. Plenty of locals and regulars are in here regularly and it makes for a perfect atmosphere. Cassie has been behind the bar last few times we've visited, and the personal touch is what sets this place apart from all the chain restaurants and bars around!"

"We ventured out for lunch and we were pleased with how the inside seating had been reconfigured to allow 6 ft social distancing between tables. Guests were spaced evenly throughout the area and there were no seats at the bar. The full menu was available and we started with the buffalo cauliflower and fried mushrooms that were both amazing. Entrees included the Reuben which was stacked with thinly sliced corned beef and the Blarney bacon burger ordered medium and it was delivered medium. The steak fries and onion rings were great sides. We felt that great precautions were taken to keep customers safe while dining out."

"Wow what a fun place. It appears really tiny outside but was larger than expected. It was a Saturday night around 9.30 and it was pretty full. Stopped by for a late dinner. Yes it's a bar, lots a happy person drinking and chatting. A little loud but not crazy loud. The DJ was playing a mix of 80-90s and we were enjoying the atmosphere. Food was really good, much better than I expected. Had bone in wings, tasty. Others had a bowl (looked really good), Ruben and buffalo chicken sandwich. Everything was tasty and eaten. Our server was friendly, quick, attentive and on it. I didn't have to ask for drink refills and she was there if needed. They have an outside area with TVs, more of a sports bar feel, which was nice too. I'm told they even have bands (must be really tight), but I hear they are good too. Enjoyed eating and chatting here. The food was surprisingly good. I also like that they have KETO friendly items. Yes, thank you, please add more! I'll be back with friends and family."
