Chipotle Mexican Grill

"They refused to honor the rewards system. The guy said no you can't use it today I don't know how to honor those app rewards... he should have gotten his manager"

"The food is usual as it is expected in a Chipotle, all the meats are good. The restaurant on the inside needs some TLC and more checking the tables. It has a nice area to sit outside, with a nice lake to see. Ample parking."

"Usually good. But I usually eat in. Ordered for pick up through the app. Forgot kids milk(gave me cups instead) also forgot the bags of chips(had to go back inside and get them) Also never seen a smaller burrito from chipotle. Maybe they anticipate people grabbing and going but very disappointing for this location."

"This is a nice chipotle. They are always fast and if you order extra, they add a lot. The only complaint I have is about your coke... OMG coke i got today for lunch was blah... no taste, just chlorine water... had to dump it all. You should check it once in a while, can't sell people such yucky tastless coke."

"The food is always reliability good here and some of the freshest tasting chain quick take out you can find. If you aren't familiar with Chipotle you order and go down a line where the employees dish out your food which is encased behind glass and pay at the end of the line. The line employees are always friendly and helpful and happy to allow you to customize your food to your liking. They never hesitate to provide a water cup on the days when prefer not to have another drink. The bowl portions are very large and easily can feed two or save half for another meal. The bowl uses a cardboard type bottom with a domed foil lid so easy to take leftovers home. The salsa is very good and made in house, the chips to me are thick and average tasting so rarely order as it's an a carte item. The only negative is not with Chipotle and on visits during busy times some of the customers use this as their children's playground and allow them to wander, strewn food, bags, utensils, dishes all over and leave without cleaning after themselves. When busy the tables turn right over not allowing the employees to clean. . Thankfully not everyone is so entitled and the employees diligently clean it up but people should really be mindful of themselves. This occurs at a lot of Westchase casual dining places as elsewhere - sad. The store backs up to Linebaugh Avenue but the front faces a parking lot with a wildlife pond area off to the side. There are outdoor tables on a paver patio and you can dine outside watch all sorts of wild birds as well as some resident ducks most pleasant in cooler weather. The building blocks the road view but a bit of road noise but not too loud. A great addition to Westchase to pick up a quick and fresh meal or cater a casual event."
