"The woman at the counter did not put all of my food order in the bag, and then the people in the store refused to correct it because she didn’t give me the receipt either. This is ridiculous. You didn’t give me the recipe or the food and that’s somehow my fault?!?! And as an added insult, the horrible employee lady, you didn’t add the extra teriyaki sauce or chop sticks I asked for, that you literally said you put in the bag. Go you. If you’re reading this, pay for things with a debit card, because when companies do stuff like this, you call them and file a claim on the payment, panda express did nothing to correct the situation, but Wells Fargo has already given me my money back."

"Good is always good. Never have a problem when I go here. However, on this particular day I am massively disappointed by the customer service I received from the lady that took my order tonight. Short with me and seemed very annoyed. They were busy I understand but the tone is so very important. The young gentleman at the window was very nice, but I could tell he was overwhelmed. Honestly in the 10 years I have been coming here this put a foul taste in my mouth."

"First time ever trying Panda Express. The Chow Mein was terrible and not even close to what Chow Mein should be! The Orange Chicken wasn't terrible I will give it a 4 out 10. Fried Rice had no flavor very bland 2 out of 10. The Kung Pow Chicken was actually really good 8 out of 10! The Beef and Broccoli was good. 4 out of 10. Now the portions for the Bigger Plate are nothing like you would get at any other Chinese Food Place. Tiny Tiny Portions of food!!! Will I go back and eat there? Absolutely Not! I will totally spend my money at other Chinese fast food take out places. One of my favorite places not to far from Panda Express is, MD Oriental Market 49th and Park. For about the same price if not less you can get twice the amount of food and really good stuff! I added a few pictures of MD Market.. enjoy!"
