"The heat inside is unbearable. We have complained everytime we are here and nothing has been done about it. I have sweat running down my back it is so hot, trying to eat my lunch in the dining room that is at least 80 degrees and not my car, running the engine to cool down. My shrimp was so dark like it was refried. My wife's fish had no flavor. Very dark and I think shortening was due for changing! French fries even though requested fresh came to us not hot. The friendly service waa missing except for KiKi who was friendly and worked hard to redo our order. Maybe staff would be more happy and friendly if not for the miserable conditions they are working in - no cool air, overheated. Plus employees? were listening to music, videos on their phones in dining area on speakers with cuss words. Really? Is this the way Culver's operates now?"
"Went to this Culver's with great expectations and was very surprised when we got these tiny frozen custard for my 3 kids, we are so disappointed. Ask the manager if this was really Chocalate Caramel Twist which was rude and said the caramel was mixed with the ice cream, received something completely different from the picture."
"Great burgers, chicken, fish and pot roast. Custard-soft serve ice cream- is creamy and delicious. Can add mix-ins to make it what you like. Everything is prepared fresh after you order. If you are not a French fry lover(I am not) you can substitute piping hot broccoli or creamy cole slaw. Love it. Go every chance we get."
"It is always a pleasure getting a bite to eat here. It is always brightly lit and clean. The staff is always great. I love the Pot Roast."
"This was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had in a fast or casual food restaurant. I'm very easy to please and don't expect much but when I walked in the entire staff smiled and greeted my family, we were checked on several times and seen off with a friendly goodbye from everyone. Those gestures put smiles on my families faces. Compliments to the team for creating such a great atmosphere. What a wonderful group of people you all have there."
