"We went in and were told it'd be around 15-20min for a table for two. I notice that more than half of the tables are empty, but 20min seemed reasonable to us, so we waited. The hostess kept informing everybody as soon as they walked in about the wait time. I heard people complaining about long waits, and some have left after waiting seemingly longer than expected. Around 15 minutes later the hostess comes up to us and informs us that the wait time is not due to lack of tables, but only to give the kitchen some time to catch up and keep up as there are two unrelated large parties that arrived moments prior to us. 45 minutes passed and we were still waiting so we walked out. It was then, when the hostess saw us getting up to leave, that our table was suddenly magically ready."

"Extremely upset I ordered $35 dollars worth of food on Christmas Eve, I am not the type to leave bad reviews but this was the worst experience ever! My chicken was RAW I cut into it and it was red inside this is absolutely ridiculous the store was not busy at all I expected more from you guys. I could have gotten sick. Highly DISGUSTED. on Christmas Eve are you serious."

"Sat night and not too busy place. Sat immediately.Server was polite but did not pay attention. Served an iced tea that was very cloudy and tasted off. Had to flag server to replace with water. Took a while. Server stated it would be taken off the bill. Ok. Order taken and food came out by runner. No check in from the server on how was the food. Food was average at best. You would think a place named Chillis would have good chilli? Nope. Canned chilli would have been better on the Texas fries appetizer. Dinner salad not worth 14.59. Average sad greens and overly spicy hot bits? The grilled chicken was ok but bland? Fyi - if you ask for fried chicken on the salad its an upcharge making the salad almost $19. Flagged down server to get our check. Iced tea still on the bill. Flagged down server again to get it removed. Just a below average experience. Not recommended. If we wanted bad we would have just gone to Applebees. Adding Chillis to that list feels like another one bites the dust."

"Whenever I go to Chili’s, I tell myself to try something new, but always end up ordering fajita. The funny thing about them is that every time they get smaller and smaller, and seems like the restaurant discontinued serving chips and salsa before the meal. For drink I ordered Grapefruit-Schorle which was not in the menu. I googled it because I wanted something non-alcoholic and not very sweet. I would suggest for the restaurant to add options to the menu for health-conscious people."
