McDonald's

"I made an order online through the app and received a message saying that the food was going to be brought to the table. So I picked a table by the play place area, which by the way was very hot, and waited. When the food was on the counter, the cashier just started to call the order number and never intended to take it to the table. So, if the restaurant is too busy for clerks to take the food to the tables, why would you offer that option?"

"Placed a curbside mobile order and sat for 21 minutes because no one came out went inside and it was sitting on the counter and asked why it wasn’t brought out and they said well was it w mobile order? We said it was a mobile curbside order and we even had to type out spot in and they had nothing to say. Enjoy w photo of the receipt too"

"All of their drinks were down except for lemonade and bottle drinks. The lady work in the window was rude and then when I went to get my food they forgot to give me sweet and sour sauce for my nuggets. I paid for my first meal with my points and by the time I was done getting my food I was able to order again with the rest of my points so I went back through the line to get my large fry and I asked for the sweet and sour sauce and the guy who was handing out food was talking trash saying that I just ordered something online so I could go back through the line just to get my sauce I don't really know what he was trying to get at but it wasn't anything positive was the vibe that I was catching anyway worse McDonald's experience ever"

"The food was gross. I'm not a big McDonald's fan, but know when you order from a restaurant you order what's good or they're known for. I had a Big Mac meal - only in paying up. Somehow they forgot the sandwich in the order. The strawberry shake is off and off-putting. It should be simple, fresh and light but it was artificial and just not good at all. The service was ridiculous and consisted of a stoned black girl at the window who talked too much about irrelevant quandaries and not enough on food. I don't really know what she does there but I could see a lot of coworkers getting fed up with her."

"I go to this McDonalds every day just about. I the food at McDonalds is ok, that's what I gave a 3, but that is no fault of this particular store. McDonalds food is just OK all around. Service is normally great here, but lately, not so much. Messing up orders. They handed someone else my food that stuck their hand in the bag. Got it back from them, then gave it to me. Some of the food looks like the pictures I posted. Atmosphere is ok. One of the cleaner McDs but hot as mess in that place place. The people are usually cool, and they will remake your items without much fight back. Overall, I will go back."
