"Visited on a weekday afternoon with a family member who brought us. Not busy in the restaurant. Food, service, and overall atmosphere were just okay. If you are a true seafood and Cajun lover, I wouldn't personally recommend coming here. The seafood quality is not top notch and the flavors are pretty average. If the prices were lower I would say it's good budget-seafood, but they're not. The service doesn't make up for the food lacking either. They run a Google review promotion apparently.. which, I imagine, is why their rating is higher than the reality. Bottom line is it's not worth the price."
"Everything was pretty good far as the food, and vibe of the restaurant. The only downside is it was absolutely freezing in there and I had to eat with my blanket in my lap. The staff claimed they kept turning up the thermostat but I know they didn't."
"We arrived and were sat immediately. Then we waited for about 10 minutes and nobody came to get drinks or anything they were not busy maybe 5 tables total in the whole place. I went back to the hostess stand and asked. They went to find someone. The server finally came. We ordered food that came out in decent time. My daughter and friend had boils they were great lots of flavor. I had fish. It tasted like dirt. They used a flour batter instead of cornmeal which was weird. The sweet potato fries were good though."
"Our service was bad. The waitress brought out our steamed Seafood Broil and plopped it on our table and said, "Here you go!" She did not shake the bag or open it for us. Very strange. The drinks were watery, and the garlic butter seasoning was lacking flavor compared to Mr. and Mrs. Crab. The decor was nice, and the restaurant seemed clean, but we were served a dirty garbage bucket for our table. Bathrooms were filthy. The faint sound of music was playing, and we were greeted nicely when we arrived. We were seated promptly, too. We did enjoy the Clam Chowder and the Gumbo."
"It was our first time trying this place and it DID NOT DISAPPOINTED. Food was amazing if you’re ever craving seafood or you’re close by this is your place . I promise you you won’t leave hungry or disappointed . Big portions and great flavor. Customer service was good. And prices weren’t terrible. Will recommend this to friends and family. Will be back when we come back to this city again. Thank you!"
