"Rushing my Grandma to order our food through the line asked for sweet tea, they gave me unsweetened and i know it was unsweetened because every time i go to Mcd i get a sweet tea than i asked for honey mustard and they told me i had to pay 32 scent for it. Which 32 scent isn't nothing but when did Mcd start charging for sauce. Just horrible imo"

"Negative attitude towards tourists and generally unwilling to accommodate customer requests for simple things like icewater and ranch dressing. Crewmembers are rude and have a “what’s your problem attitude”. The food is average quality as far McDonalds restaurants are concerned. You would be better served driving to another location until they get their staff and management under control."

"Food we got was good. Atmosphere was clean. Ordered online. Got to store and frappe machine (2/3 of our order) was down. Staff were nice but different staff gave different answers on status of machine and replacement drinks. Ended up leaving without frappes and only small hot chocolates as replacements (less value)."

"On December 27, 2023, my husband and I went to get sundaes. Every employee working was on their cell phones. The waitress working the counter acted as though it was an inconvenience to wait on us. Seriously...how rude. There were tables that were not cleaned and the atmosphere was like a daycare. The one employee had her kids there playing on a lap top computer."
